·         ½ banana
·         1 cup almond milk
·         1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
·         Scoop vanilla protein powder
·         2 tablespoons of chopped pecans
·         1 cup canned pumpkin
·         Ice

Peaches ‘N Cream

·         Chopped peaches
·         ½ banana
·         1 cup unsweetened almond milk
·         1 teaspoon vanilla
·         1 scoop vanilla protein powder
·         Ice
·         Water (if needed)

 

Raspberry Chocolate:

·         ½ banana
·         Handful spinach
·         ½ cup raspberries
